thanks for the reply.

the box is quite big and the bag of buds is in one corner and the ona block in the opposite. the box is not air tight so i was hopin that the ona would neutralise the odour before it escaped the box. i never expected it to penetrate the carrier bag the buds are in, i thought it just attatched to mollecules floating in the air (which iv read somewere).

i was thinking to maybe wet the buds and then letting it dry out again not sure what this would achieve but its worth a try. someone else also mentioned using tobacco flavourings to mask the soapy flavour, again this would involve wetting the bud but when dried leaving it with an orange flavour. what you think?

and yep big lesson learned, hope people read this before they make the same mistake!
bashmans Reviewed by bashmans on . ona block contaminated buds... read this hi guys. recently acquired some nice buds which i keep in a plastic box. theyre nicely dried so i wrapped them in a bag. i placed a tub of ona block odour eliminator in the box along side the bag so it would eradicate smells before they build up stink out my room. the problem is my buds now smell soapy and have a nasty soapy taste when smoked. id say it is ruined but does any1 have any tips i could try to remove this. anyone else have this problem.
