As a dad, I agree with Stacks62. Sounds like someone I wouldn't around my son. I've been open & honest with my 13 year old son, and explained that being in the MMJ program also makes it "legal" to some degree for medicinal reasons. I got my MMJ card to avoid any problems in the future law related. I wouldn't want my son to have to go through watching dad get busted etc. Plus I've explained to him the medicinal purposes, explained about my plants, told him about how the state program & dispensary's work, and even how he can become a producer authorized by the state if he chooses when he's older. Because it is a decent way to make a living. Legally of course and to "avoid" using booze, & other drugs and even tobacco. He knows it's not good for the body.

My 17 year old son did not know I smoked until the neighbor told him I did when my son saw him smoking.He also gave him a cigarette. The neighbor also admitted to me that on occasion he does other substances as well I however do not. My son came to question me. I was left with a choice. Lie and hope he never finds out or tell the truth. I told him the truth that my wife and I smoke. I even took him on a nature walk and showed him my plant. He said " WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW Rating: 5
