I have been taking CleanseSmart , a 30 day herbal-fiber detox thing that is supposed to help clean out the body safely.
If you take ludicrous claims like this at face value, then I have a planet in another solar system thats for sale at a flea market price

All "detox" products are nothing but a big scam to captialize on the so-called "war on drugs" by preying upon the uninformed and credulous, and taking their hard-earned cash. There is no product that can permanently rid the body of THC, despite what those absurd sales pitches would like the consumer to believe. The only proven way to permanently rid the body of THC is time and fat-burning exercise.

ALL detox products work via the principle of dilution (that is, when they do work at all). That means they "work" because of the water that youre required by the instructions to drink with them. You can spend up to $250 on a magic elixir, and accomplish nothing different than what can be accomplished by using just vitamin B2 and water.

Drinking water days or weeks before a U/A is of no help. THC is not water soluble. For more info, do a Forum Search with the terms "drinking water useless"

The topic of aspirin and niacin have been addressed many times throughout the DT forum. They can all be found by doing a Forum Search, with the terms "aspirin tech" and "niacin myth".

Since you picked up a THC test kit, test yourself 3 days before the scheduled U/A to see where you actually stand. When testing yourself, be sure to use the first urination of the day. If your test is positive there, then stop all exercise and be as dormant as possible until after the scheduled U/A. At this point, you have 2 viable options:

- Substitution - Find a clean person or synthetic. Tips can be found by reading up on N2's Substitution sticky thread.

- Dilution - 3 days before the scheduled U/A, start loading up on creatine in preparation to utilize N2's Dilution method on the day of the U/A.
