Hello Everyone im reletivly new to this site and also a noobie at growing. Ive been reading nonstop and trying to find as much information as i can, so i might sound like i know what im talking about but i dont lol. This is my first grow and im trying to do it as close to right as possible. My set up (w/ pixs):


250w HPS/MH Sun System- Mh - 6500k : HPS - 2700k
Currently trying to find a good light for the seedlings. I have a T8 Growing light 7800k. But if im not mistaken that color temp might be too high?

Temps around 23-29C and Humidity Level is around 40-50%.
I've tried the hot towel and Humidity tray and a small Vaporizer i got from Wally World to get it to stay in the mid 40's. Not sure of another way to raise it other then a bigger humidifier?

Im also trying to make a decent blend of soil. Im using basic Earthgro Soil mixed with perlite, Some sand, and Earthworm casting. The Soil PH is reading a bit high around 7.0, Not sure if later on this will cause a problem when i start adding the nutes, also not sure if this soil is good for the first couple weeks of seedling or should i get seedling mix or the packets of Jeffie pellets. (sp?) So any advice on the soil would be awesome.

As far as nutes im working with the Fox Farm Trio: Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, and Big Bloom. I have the nute schedule but still trying to figure out the best way to water/give them their nutes.
Im using Distilled water so theres no PH problems in the water. (i hope/think)

Ill probably be growing 3 plants which will first put in a styrofoam cup, then moved to a 2 gallon and later put in a 4 gallon. Not sure if this is the best method due to transplanting them so much.

I ordered my first set of seeds from Nirvana. I was skimming thru the noobie section and saw something about PPP(Pure Power Plant) being a relatively easy begginers plant. So i ordered 5 and it came with an Afghan Kush Seed )).

Anyway Im trying to have everything some what ready for when the seeds get here in about a week. So if you wanna Lol at what i have please tell me what i need! haha Im a newbie willing to learn, also would really like a good layout of the watering/nute process. Not sure the easiest way to measure them since its only a 2-4 plant set up lol. Thanks for reading and appreciate any information and help given.
