time in the sun
I am raising 2 WW girls and have them outside during the day in direct sunlight all day, is this to much light? should I give them so much direct sunlight or should I be limiting direct exposure to time in the shade? I ask because on my flowering plant I have noticed that some leaves are beginning to turn yellow, they get water everyday and nutes only when absolutely needed. A friend said that it may be caused by to much water but as both plants get everything the same and only the flowering plant has leaves turning yellow I am looking for any recommendations that can help thanks in advance.

Pics would help alot more but yes that sounds like over watering. The more sunlight the better I grow outdoors in derect sunlight and they are doing great. You should be watering every time soil dries out plants love this method.

depends on where you live, I tried to grow in direct sunlight here in CA and almost killed my plants. overwatering wouldn't turn your plants yellow.

^ Yeah, overwatering does not turn your plant yellow, it makes them droopy.
Some of the leaves? Are the leaves at the very bottom turning yellow? If so, that's natural, it's caused by lack of sunlight exposure. If it's most of the leaves all over the plant (top to bottom) then that is a Nitrogen deficiency.

I missed the part where you said they were in flower ! LOL yeah that's normal man, they need nutes . They need more and different kinds when they're in flower.

1-5-4! you can add more N, P2O5 and K2O. Just raise the Cal/Mg a bit too.
They are gonna yellow they put it out at the end, that's lack of Nitrogen.
5 hrs in full sun is enough.Keep on Keepin on, it will all come together.
