First post, kind of in a tricky situation

hey guys, first post here on the website, hopefully i can get some help!

alright, so right now im in a situation where ill be getting piss tested once every two weeks. obviously, im suppose to abstain from use for a while. i attempted to use the dilution method once, but i failed to raise my creatine levels and specific gravity enough to suffice for the test. im not playing around anymore, and i plan to pass my next test.

id like to use substitution, but i will be watched almost for sure every time. my only option is dilution or being clean, and i dont really want to do the latter. ive read the dilution thread countless times, but im really not sure how i should be doing this.

im 5,4, 190 lb(i know im a bit chubby) male, i was a chronic toker for about 6 weeks, and had to stop cold turkey about a week ago. in another week, i will be tested, and from then on every 2 weeks i will be tested. i have to do dilution, and i cant afford to fail more than one more test (for my situation at least) but i dont know if ill be clean by then, and quite frankly, i dont want to be.

for my next test, i plan to eat plenty of red meat a few days before, i already have 3, 2,500 doses of B12 ready to go, and i will follow the water drinking method closely(hopefully ill be able to hold it in) i might buy a bottle of gatorade too just to be safe. the test is done in a lab, not a dab so its relatively accurate.

ok, so i guess my question is, will this be enough? do you think i can still toke throughout this time, and if yes, how often and how much? im fine with working out some kind of schedule, my test will always be tuesday night, so i can go like the couple days after the test and then be clean the rest if that will work. any advice would be highly appreciated, and im sorry if this question is really similar to others, but im not sure what to do here. thanks for all the help!

P.S- are LSD and shrooms tested for? im pretty sure they arent for my test, if it turns out that i cant smoke my drug of choice, then i might do those occasionally just to keep myself occupied until this whole situation blows over.

For your first question, nobody can give you that answer. Youd have to do a few practice drills with dilution and test your efforts with an adulteration test kit. These kits check the creatinine and S/G and are available online by doing a Google search.

maybe some creatnine pills would help get your levels up. i'm sure they don't have an upper limit. red meat..aahhhh yeah there is creatnine in it but not like a lot of people are saying. 1 serving of bodybuilding creatnine is like 10lbs of redmeat.

Nope. For S/G, use Gatorade in place of water. Read up on N2's Dilution "sticky" thread at the front of the DT forum front page.

Exercise and stay hydrated. Stop exercising a couple of days before your test.
Do some dillution the morning of the test. Use your midstream urine, pee a little in the toilet first, then put a couple ounces in the collection cup and then pee the rest in the toilet. Stay clean and your thc levels will slowly decline. They'll probably tell you that you will be clean in a week, not so. Could take at least a month and maybe 2 months before you get below the 50ng cutoff level. Don't mess with subbing for a court ordered drug test unless you like jail.

does it really do that much? i drank a whole bottle of gatorade last time with 3 bottles of cranberry juice in addition to the water and my S/G was still too low, could that be because i drank so much? im pretty sure i overdid it because by the time i finally got to piss in the cup, i was draining for like 2 minutes there was so much.

Gatorade comes in many different size bottles. How many fl. oz of gatorade did you drink? Perhaps you shouldve used gatorade in place of the water and cranberry juice.

why dilute the morning of the test?

Why wouldnt you want to dilute on the morning of the U/A, considering that dilution techniques are useless when utilized days before the U/A?

i drank a 32 oz bottle of gatorade. yeah, this time ill only use gatorade i guess.

because my test is at night, around 6:30, i thought you werent supposed to begin dilution until 4 hours before the test.
