why dilute the morning of the test? so i probably can even blaze a day or two after my test and come out clean with dilution in the next 12 days?

Just drink fluids a couple hours before the test. If this is a court ordered test it would be stupid to play the dillution game to keep trying to get a couple puffs in. Wait until probation is done and then you can smoke all you want.

First post, kind of in a tricky situation hey guys, first post here on the website, hopefully i can get some help! alright, so right now im in a situation where ill be getting piss tested once every two weeks. obviously, im suppose to abstain from use for a while. i attempted to use the dilution method once, but i failed to raise my creatine levels and specific gravity enough to suffice for the test. im not playing around anymore, and i plan to pass my next test. id like to use substitution, but i will be watched almost for sure Rating: 5

it isnt court ordered, i really just cant fail the tests, but i dont want to remain clean.

my dad pretty much forced me to do this addiction group(for pot, i know right) and every other week, i have to take a piss test and its sent a lab. its only for 11 more weeks regardless of if im clean or not, but id highly prefer to pass the tests just so he isnt disappointed in me. no, im not underage, but im doing it to make him feel better about me as a person since he wasnt too happy i was smoking pot(i told him i stopped) but if i fail the tests, then really no good comes out of it.

Not nearly as much in comparison to red meat. But if youre looking for an alternative to red meat, consider fish.
Other than that, creatine supps are the way to go. Whichever source you choose, be sure to do your creatine loading at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A to allow time for the body to convert creatine into creatinine (the end waste product that is present in urine).

Thats right. There are no upper limits established for creatinine. As long as the creatinine level is above 20 mg/dL, its satisfactory.

However, this doesnt mean one should go overboard with creatine-loading. Doing so can result in long unwanted bathroom sessions, sitting on the toilet seat.

so just as a closing question, if i leave at least a week of clean time, creatine load, drink purely gatorade instead of water, and take B12, then i should be able to pass each drug test most likely?

alright, test is tomorrow at about 6:30, been creatine loading like crazy the past few days, if i eat any more red meat i think ill pop. i have 3 bottles of gatorade ready, plenty of B12, and ive been clean for 2 weeks. hopefully this will work, i just have one question. if i have to hold my piss in for like an hour and a half, will it mess up the dilution? ill still have voided diluted urine and all of that, but at one point i might have to hold my piss in for a little over an hour, and it would be pretty disheartening if i did all this and failed because of that. should i bring a bottle of gatorade with me and slowly drink it throughout the hour?
