'Transferring seedlings to larger pots'
My seedlings have sprouted and have been sprouts for two days now. When should I begin to transfer to a larger pot? Should I look and see if a good root system has formed to determine when I transfer? SN: It seems like the sprouts have reached a growing limit in these small seed starter kit cups

You should begin to think of transplanting later, two days isn't enough to establish a good root system. You can look if you want, but for two days, you shouldn't be expecting much. Pictures would help too..
