I used a synthetic that I have used with success before (UltraKleen or some such product). It was kind of a pop-test so I wasn't comfortable with where the temperature was on the synthetic. So I peed into the testing cup with my own urine, allowed the temperature strip to climb to between 96 and 100, then I dumped out my urine and poored in my synthetic. I gave the nurse my specimen and she confirmed the temperature and sealed it up to send to the Rating: 5
