    Ready to cultivate?

I'm somewhat new to growing this being my second real season. Can someone give me a little advice on when to cultivate. I'm thinking I'm pretty close but the buds at the top of the plant seem more ready than those at the bottom. Photos are from the top cola. Let me know what you think.

As far as I have learned it is best to check trichrome colors cloudy to amber and it's ready to go but I am far from an expert so I would wait for a second opinion.

How long have they been under a flowering light cycle?

In my opinion, they don't look ready. They look premature, but that's just me. I'd invest in a jeweler's lope, preferably 30X+ to see the heads clearly. When to harvest is your call, clear to cloudy trichome give off a more energetic/heady feeling, while amber is more towards a sleepy and drowsy feeling.

Here's a better shot...I think they are still a week or so away.

Not far away, wait until you start to see 30% amber heads on the trichomes.

Nice picture! For trichome colour, you're going to have to see every day, and play it by your eye. It could take a day to week. It looks very close though.
