Dump the GE 6 pack ones. They aren't going to work unless heat is all you are after.
The Satco Hi-Pro 105 Watt ones seem perfect. 5000k and 7000 lumens should grow a small plant in a small space with the right reflective material from start to finish. If the plant is grown well you could easily get an ounce or two from just one light.
The mogul base means that you will require a larger socket to run them though. See link - Mogul lamp - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Others will probably say you need 'red' spectrum bulbs for flowering but you don't. 5000k bulbs will work extremely well! Feel free to add a red spectrum bulb (typically 2700k or 3000k) as a side light during the flowering stage. It may help increase the bud density and size a little.
Yell out if you need more help or advice.
