Plants Flowering too Soon
To be honest, pictures would help immensely in this situation. If it's throwing pistals, it doesn't necessary mean that it's flowering, but it could be a sex indicator. I think the problem lies in the transfer outside. Cloudy and rainy days still give out enough light for the plants.
You said you were growing outdoors, are your plants near trees, or anything tall enough to block out the sun? It seems like your plants aren't getting too much light, as you noted (12-8 hours of direct light).
But back to my initial point, PICTURESWeayLay Reviewed by WeayLay on . Plants Flowering too Soon I am stumped as to why my plants are starting to flower. I noticed today that many of my plants have sprouted pistals. I am growing clones outdoors at about the 42 paralell. The clones are mostly lemon skunk and some silver haze from my mother plants. There are 23 plants and 15 are showing with the rest in pre-flower stages. They are getting ferts geared towards veg growth 24-8-16 liquid fert with a time release 8-4-6 sprinkled on the ground for first 4 weeks. I stop the time release about 6 Rating: 5
