Sounds like you should be reasonably safe with just some light dillution the morning of the test. Be sure to pee a little before filling the collection cup. The first and last of your urine stream is always the dirtiest.

Ok further update:

First void today produced the faintest of ghost lines. It was there, but it was so faint that you would not see it unless you looked at it closely. Subsequent voids though seem to all be producing faint lines that you could at least take a picture of and still see.

I have yet to get the job offer, so i am still not sure exactly when ill be testing, so I will just have to keep monitoring.

I am 6'2 and weigh 230. I would say I have a slowish to a average metabolism. Prior to abstaining I smoked pretty heavy for about a week from the 18th of April til the 24th, had about a three week break prior to that and smoked off and on for 2-5 days at a time with breaks ranging to a week to two in between. There were some times where I smoked nonstop fora couple months but that was at least 4 or 5 months Rating: 5
