Those magic detox potions are actually a less effective means of dilution over N2's method in the "sticky" thread. Many of them do not contain creatine. And the ones that do contain creatine, it would do you no good at all when the product is consumed on the day of the U/A (in which youre required by the product instructions to do so). What those products dont tell you is that it takes 2-3 days for the body to convert creatine into creatinine in order for it to be present in the urine. Therefore, any creatine-loading must be done at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A.

BTW, the proper vitamin to use for urine "color" is B2 (Riboflavin). But it must be understood that with creatinine and specific gravity checks being the norm in recent years, color became the least aspect in determining an overly-diluted urine sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still be ruled "too-dilute" due to a low creatinine and S/G. With that being pointed out, maintaining a satisfactory S/G and creatinine levels while diluting is far more important than urine color.
Due to lack of time, money, and "clean" friends, subbing is not really an option at this point.
With your test being tomorrow, you actually have no time to take the proper steps in pulling off a successful dilute either.
