So your storage bins are larger than the 5 gal containers, right? Indoor should do pretty well in a container that size, we veg our plant to size of room or by time, (many varieties), DWC is an easy method which helps isolate any problems to the one container. Check out the threads on DWC, indoor hydro, etc. Your experience with outdoor still gives you a lot of knowledge about the plant and it will translate well to your indoor grow too.
