I would put the solution on a cooking sheet and put it in the oven at 200F, just above IPA boiling point till there's nothing left, then rinse with ethanol.
EDIT: Thats just so that it doesn't kill you, not to make a tincture.

Here's the problem though: I was sent 5gs of mids that was wrapped up in cellophane, and the person who sent it decided it would be a 'smart' idea to fill the vacuum bag with ISO alcohol, then put the cellophane wrapped bud inside that vacuum bag. Basically, the ISO alcohol soaked through all that cellophane and so now the bud has been sitting in this ISO alcohol for about a week now as it shipped to me. I Rating: 5
