Pre-cum has sperm in it and can make girls pregnant. Pee all you want, masturbate all you want, all you can do is slightly lower your odds. Just use a condom.

Yes, it can. Not as many as in normal ejaculate, but then it only takes *one* to make a baby! It's important to note that precum can contain infection, such as STDs & including HIV. Play safe!
