So considering the fact that I was 44 days clean, passing at home tests, and I followed the dilution methods...should I be worried?

It will given at a medical center and will likely be labtested, though probably only 50ng/mL. It is most likely urine but the paperwork mentions "urine specimen or other alternative methods (blood, breath, hair, or saliva)." I have not smoked in 30 days. I smoked daily previous to that, but normally once per day about 2 puffs from a bowl of high grade weed. I never liked to get stoned, Rating: 5
