So it is now day 43. Test is tomorrow afternoon. I've been doin home tests every morning and have consistently passed until this morning I failed. I drank a few beers last night and ate a lot of food. I'm wondering if I was again a bit dehydrated leading to a fail. Anyhow I have been loading creatine for 5 days. Today I started taking some fiber capules. I'm drinking plenty of water.

Tomorrow I plan to start the day by drinking a glass of cranberry juice and then 32oz of water with fresh lemon squeezed into it over the course of an hour before I leave for work. I'll takin my vitamins as normal (multivitamin, b complex, B-2, fiber, and fish oil). Then over the course of the day I'll drink Gatorade, take some tums and take another b-2 every couple of hours. I'm sure it will be a negative, but I just hope I've loaded enough creatine. I'm going to take another home test this evening, one in the morning, one right before the test and one right afterwards.
