Compost Tea recipes needed

Anyone have any good compost tea recipes they would like to share? Ingredients and measurements please.

The reason for making tea is to increase the microbes so the main ingredient is compost or worm castings then you feed those microbes so they eat a lot and excrete the good stuff that your plants need. This takes place naturally in your soil what making tea does is speed it up and concentrate it. Feed the microbes molasses, kelp, glacial dust as a base and add what you want just remember that you are feeding the microbes. You can make different formulas for growth and flowering.
