I'm not a hydroponic grower but I would think that going from indoor aeroponic bays to outdoor soil must be quite a shock... An enormous shock.

I would personally stick with sowing the seeds in soil and slowly introduce them to the outdoors. It is far less of a shock to the plants.

The drooping is the result of the plants getting stressed and the roots trying to find their ground in the new medium.

Maybe it might be better if you stuck with aeroponics indoors and keep it 100% soil for outdoors.

The browning on the leaves could be the result of heat stress. You are right, its better to introduce the plants gradually to the outdoors. Although overcast days shouldn't be a big issue.

Perhaps this problem is the result of the stressful experience the plants have had going from aeroponics to soil and indoor to outdoor. A lot happened to the plants.

Also the fertilisers will be very different to what he plant is used to I guess. When they are only 1 month old the soil would nearly be enough to keep them going. I wouldn't over fertilise.

My plants are 5 weeks old, indoor under LED, and I have only given them a very, very light fertilising. Just a taste of things to come. I think I over fertilised last grow and I had a magnesium lockout...

Made the leaves look all yellow and burnt too.

So anyway, that's just my 2 cents, but as I mentioned, I'm not a hydro grower.

Take care.
