I didn't really think anything of it, and didn't do any additional preparation like diluting. It's only now AFTER the fact that I'm starting to doubt myself.

Can anyone provide insight on whether I can expect a pass or fail?

One other thing, they distinctively use the terminology "drug screen", is this less stringent than a "Drug test"?
Have you heard back on your results? I had mine on the 16th and I have heard nothing, just wondering how you did?
