I'm 33, about 190lbs, 5'7, go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week, but nothing super strenuous, 30-45 mins of cardio. I eat OK, have fairly decent metabolism. I haven't smoked since April 17th (which I took a couple of hits at a party), and before that, since March 30th, ending a few consecutive days of nightly hits.
