The test code youve provided breaks down as follows:

SAP = Substance Abuse Panel (initial assay screen)

10 = 10 types of drugs to be screened

50 = 50 ng/ml cutoff limit for THC (which is the same as most home tests).


The GC/MS is only used as a confirmation on any of the 10 panels that have tested positive on the initial SAP screen. So if the sample tests negative on the SAP screen, the test is over right then as a "pass" - no confirmation GC/MS would be performed.

If your home tests have been consistently testing negative with the first urination of the day, youre good to go.

I curtailed consumption drastically starting 4/16 and had my last on 4/21. It has been exactly 30 days since I have touched the stuff. Even when I did partake, I have been regularly exercising 5-6 times a week (cardio, weightlifitng, basketball) to the point that it looks like I suffer from hyperhydrosis. And eating healthy etc. Rating: 5
