Why would you wait to see the sex before switching anyway ? That makes no sense at all.

You switch to 12/12 when you want the plant to bloom... this shows sex anyway. Where is your logic in all of this ?
Every other plant I've grown over the past couple years, after 45-60 days, I've always been able to see the two hairs indicating female, or not. I used that to tell me to go ahead and go to 12/12. I want to know the sex prior so I can go ahead and pull it if it's a male.
shavenyak Reviewed by shavenyak on . Won't flower??? My plant's been in a vegetative state for 90+ days and I still can't determine the sex. I've never had this problem before. It doesn't appear to be growing any more. Should I go ahead and change to 12/12? Rating: 5
