What do you think my chances are of passing with the 20 ng/ml cutoff? Basically I have till monday to find out and my anxiety is through the roof, any input would help weather positive or negitive.
Be sure and keep your copy of the tests and I would recommend immediately go take a new DOT test and pay for it yourself. Then get an
attorney and sue. The lab is not following protocol for a federally regulated testing procedure and they deserve to be sued. You may also contact your state dept of labor and industries or whatever they call it in your state. They will look into it also and will be able to get a lot more information on this company than you would be able to get. Ask for copies of all relevant information from the l&I. This is all free information for you and could help in any lawsuit that you might want to file.
I've been tested probably 50 times for trucking jobs and have never had a 20ng cutoff for cannabis.
