New grower in need of help

Hello every1 I am a new grower and I'm having a problem with 1 of my plants the leaves at the bottom r turning brown and straying to die they r clones from a friends plants and about 3/4 weeks old I have read up a lot but through I would ask about my problem.
I am using bio biz heaven under a 125 watt cfl lamp at 73 degrees ish.
I will post a picture so u can all have a look also growing in soil.
