I all depends on your set-up.
In my last grow my plants were in bloom (after seeing the first pistils) for about 13 weeks !
you should always begin counting your bloom stage after you see those white female hairs, pistils. This prevents you from harvesting too early.
A lot of first time growers make the mistake of harvesting at the time it says on the seed packet. Usually the plants take a few extra weeks.
To decide when to harvest you need to look at the trichomes, and not the pistils. It's a mistake to believe that just because the pistils have turned rusty it's time to harvest.
Get yourself a 400 or 600x jewellers microscope for a few dollars on eBay. You need to wait at least until the trichomes go from clear to cloudy.
cloudy trichomes give you an energetic heady high if that is what you like. After cloudy they begin to go amber, amber = couchlock.
A mix of cloudy and amber is what most growers go for.
So sit back and relax, you have possibly 10 more weeks of bloom and provided your set-up is good those buds will fill out for you. Personally I would up your CFL to at least 250W on the 2700k warm white spectrum for bloom. For veg you will need the daylight 6300k CFLs.
Then patience is all you need
