Silver Haze light color w brown spots

Does anyone know what would cause this? A friend gave me this clone and I've had it about a week and It dont look good. I usualy grow in hydro but this is in soil. I was waiting for more nodes so I could take clippings and clone into my hydro setup.Attachment 284396

PH in is at 7.0, PH out is at 6.6. Light 24/7 T5 florecent. air temp 78deg

From the looks of it, I would lean towards it being a fungus.
