How efficient is the heat pack on keeping the temperature above 90 degrees? I don't want to get there and have it below and be all "well shit..."
It depends on how fresh the pack is. I have some that were manufactured 6 years ago, only heated for about 45 minutes. I have some i recently purchased but are two years old, work for about 1-2 hours very well, then cool but still keep it at 90.7 5 hours later. You will have to practice and use the same batch from what your practice is based on. I think this info should be included in the stickies too.
