First outdoor harvest for 2012

Here are my first 4 plants of the season.They are royal queen royal dwarf!They have about a week to go when this pic was takin .They will be cut this Sat. Nice going, when did you start the grow just out of interest? I'm got two feminized seedlings growing on my roof terrace at the mo... wondering how long approx they will take to grow and bud... days start getting shorter in June, maybe then?
