About the only right thing youre doing is the exercise. Everything else, forget it.

For openers, niacin does nothing to help pass a U/A . Its nothing but an ancient myth. And drinking a bunch of water in the days/weeks before the U/A is of no help. Read post #4 in this thread:http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...ml#post2222763

Pick up some home THC test kits and periodically test yourself to see where you stand. When testing yourself, be sure to use the first urination of the day.

If youre testing positive, then you have only two viable options:

- Dilution - 3 days before the scheduled U/A, stop all exercise and begin your creatine-loading in preparation to follow the steps outlined in this thread on the day of the U/A: http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...uidelines.html

I stopped smoking as soon as I found about the test, which was about 8 days ago. So that gives me a solid three weeks of no smoking. Since then, I've been working out everyday (running 2+ miles and lifting), cutting out as much fat as I can, drinking lots of fluids, and taking both niacin and cayenne pepper daily.
