What do you think of my chances?

Hey guys. So I have a urine test in approximately 13 days from now. I stopped smoking as soon as I found about the test, which was about 8 days ago. So that gives me a solid three weeks of no smoking. Since then, I've been working out everyday (running 2+ miles and lifting), cutting out as much fat as I can, drinking lots of fluids, and taking both niacin and cayenne pepper daily. I am about 5'6" and only 130 lbs. I know that no one can give an accurate answer as to whether or not I'll pass but could you guys let me know if what I am doing now is the right thing? Also, any additional things I should be doing would much appreciated. Thanks a lot

About the only right thing youre doing is the exercise. Everything else, forget it.

For openers, niacin does nothing to help pass a U/A . Its nothing but an ancient myth. And drinking a bunch of water in the days/weeks before the U/A is of no help. Read post #4 in this thread:http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...ml#post2222763

And more info can be found by doing a forum Search for the terms "niacin myth" and "drinking bunch water useless help".

Pick up some home THC test kits and periodically test yourself to see where you stand. When testing yourself, be sure to use the first urination of the day.

If youre testing positive, then you have only two viable options:

- Substitution - Either a clean persons sample or synthetic. Tips are found in this thread: http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...uidelines.html

- Dilution - 3 days before the scheduled U/A, stop all exercise and begin your creatine-loading in preparation to follow the steps outlined in this thread on the day of the U/A: http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...uidelines.html

Thanks for your reply! Yeah, I've actually ordered a few THC drug strips yesterday. Are there any other things I can do now to increase my chances of passing?

Theres nothing else you can do at this point, other than the exercise.

Nobody can realistically and accurately answer that question for you. Youve even acknowledged that in your O/P...

Each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into consideration. Only the periodic home testing can give you that answer.
