when to flower
The plant looks healthy but still quite young and not very strong.. if youre going to flower id suggest supporting it now as shell more than likely fall over with the weight of your flowers. If you continue to veg id suggest pruning lower leaves as they take away from the tops and "topping" is one of the easiest ways to increase yield. Using an oscillating fan will increase the strength of your stem. If you top your plant use that as a clone, get cloning solution, get a root system going and go 12/12 to determine sex.
