I was wandering should I use pk13/14 also ?? Or I don't I need it because of green sensation ?.

I would stick with the Plagron feeding scheduleand not add PK.

into my second week of flower now and I feed them first thing and about 4 hours befor lights out,usually about a litre an half each,I'm in 10 litre pots.

I just noticed that you are feeding twice a day. This is too much, your plants were probably drowning. Don't take this the wrong way, but you need to do some more reading/research so you don't make mistakes like this.
