cloning problem PLEASE HELP TIME RUNNING OUT

HI MY NAME ANONN Ive been an amateur to intermediate grower for the last five yrs haven't had good luck due to lack of being able to get a hold of proper tools and such now i have a full setup cloning room veg room and flower room but my main problem is cloning i can take 25 cuttings and only get 5 to 7 clone rooted ill take you step by step of how i clone but before i do ill tell you what i am running 5 2ft t5 ho florescent with a hydrotec heating mat and thermostat with two different kind of dome 7in Aztec vented and a 4in closed dome no pics due to stupid phone cant find em lol

1 i take cuttings four or five nodes down
2 then i clean em
3 within 30 second i get them in to the rooteck cloning gel ill let them sit for about a minute while making sure there are no air bubbles
4 im using a soiless mix pH roughly 6.2 to 6.7 went cheap on a tester but gives a more accurate then my first went with a pool pH tester lmao dumb idea.... i use one liter of pH balanced water the soil roughly 4 to five hours before and if its to wet ill squeeze excess water out to make it damp and not overly wet
5 my heat mat is set at 27 degrees Celsius
6ventilation might be an issue went it get two hot i shut down five t5s to maybe 2 or 3 depending on the temperature. my room is completely closed off running a standing fan on high and a small computer fan blowing upwards to help circulate the cold air from the hot to cool it down works on a nice cool day but summer is coming and last yr temp reached highest 120f i know i gotta fix that but would a small bathroom vent work????
7i clean the dome everyday humidity is good couldn't tell you what it is my hygrometer shit the bed saving for a good one haha taking awhile in this economy


but what i dnt understand maybe i just have bad luck but last time i did it the cuttings i took lived the whole fourteen days. eight of them had awesome root mass but the rest had none they were all perked up like the ones with the roots. so when i investigated by digging in the soil they had no roots at all no white hairs protruding from the stem at all but they were still alive and the other i left in the dome just to see what would happen none rooted at all and live for another week or so afterward i was even watering the soil with dome off after 14 days dont know why lol but it amazed me to see that being somewhat a noob still but please feel free to ask me question im just soaking up all the info i can. my guy at the hydro store where i buy my products from just says im bring in too much negative energy when i take them. i dnt think i do but i might be ive been having bad luck since i started venturing in to cloning a yr ago

Jorges Cervantes has a great video on taking cuttings on youtube. It is the only video I have watched on cloning and I havn't had one fail yet. You seem to be doing things right from your description, although you say you "clean" your cuttings and I have never done this. One thing that might help improve your success rate is switching to rockwool cubes or peat plugs (I use rockwool cubes) but peatless soil should work just fine.

Other things to note...

I mist the inside of the dome not the cuttings.
The dome does not need cleaning daily.
