It's clear you have done absolutely zero research for yourself...
I would really prefer to answer questions for people who have at least tried to find out for themselves...
Anyway... You simply cannot grow a plant under a 40w incandescent light bulb... The plant will not receive the light spectrum it needs and will die.
There are 2 stages of growth; vegetative and flowering.

Veg is when the light is on 18 hours on and 6 hours off. The least you will need for on plant at this stage is a 40w CFL in the blue spectrum (6300k, daylight, bright white) 6300k helps with root, stem and leaf development. You will need to increase the wattage as the plant gets bigger and keep the bulbs very close but not touching.

Bloom is when the plant is about a foot high, up to you really when to bloom. For this you will need at least 100w of CFL inn the red spectrum (2700k, warm white). 2700k is the area of the light spectrum that promotes bud development. You can lose the blue lights for this stage if you want and replace them with the red.

Don't put a worm in the pot... its pointless... just be sure you get some good soil before you begin.

You will start to smell the plant if it grows large enough to smell anything. Usually the 4th or 5th week in my grow.

I really wouldn't advise growing in a PS3 box as its made out of cardboard. You are risking burning yourself to death...

you have a lot to learn, but don't we all.
