This is the gist of the siuation:" Don't believe the propagandists who say the problem has always been there, that it is no worse now. It is worse. That's because our justice system is chaotic and many judges are consumed by politics, making liberal rulings that allow the most vicious people imaginable to roam the streets. Jessica Lunsford died for our sins. In the end, her gruesome demise did motivate Florida pols to at least do something. But three people who did nothing to save Jessica are still not being held accountable. And the shame of our society continues."

The prosecutor in this case,said that he was afraid that he couldn't git a conviction for the 3 accomplices,even claiming that there was no laws broken by the 3,last time I heard,aiding and abbetting the commission of a crime,is a felony..so why in the heck,can't they be charged ? It certainly doesn't help,to have a liberal judge,who will always side with the criminal's 'right' to commit crimes..until proven guilty and actually caught. At which point,a liberal judge,will often grant the criminal extrordinairy privileges and every advantage,possible. Often, a liberal judge,will refuse the introduction of the criminal's past criminal history,in order to not 'prejudice' the jury...this has resulted in several recent deaths of children in Florida,already. Also,it's very demoralizing for cops,when they know that a prosecutor and liberal judge,won't back them up in court..and err on the side of the safety of law-abiding citizens and the community.

Shame on all the republicans who could be and should be,doing better ! I expect such nonsense from liberal judges--they have a well-established record of going against the rights of victims,and favoring the criminal. I can only hope and pray,that the prosecutor is run out of office soon,and any liberal judges,who are protecting the 3 accomplices.

I tell you what,back in the old days..the 3 would have hung..right beside John Couey --already !
