plants looking droopy, and maybe stressed? or is it normal? need help pronto!!

ok so today my plants leaves started looking droopy, and im wondering about her being stressed? the plants lights been on since 3pm sunday, and i plan on turning them off for 6 hours (to get them back on schedule) at 12 tonight and its monday. is that why there stressed? are they showing a response to the lack of sleep? need some help so i can save them
by the way. i have 3 lights on her and its away from the light 1.5 inches.
and its not stretching, i had it in a bigger pot but had to downgrade to a smaller pot, cuase of new grow room size.
