correct. they did a knock and talk, I stepped out and closed the door behind me, they said they smelled MJ, and asked if they could enter, I said NO. they told me I was wanted for traffic , they took me to jail and search my apt , under the guise of a security sweep. then they call a task force detective who searched with no warrant, then he went and got one , returned and processed the evidence. I told them that if I did have plants growing that it would be legal hence being a qualified patient Under SB 420. they charged me anyway . and I have been fighting the case over a year, I was on bail, but one time after many court apearance I was a day late and they remanded me to custody , I sat in the jail for two months waiting trial, acting as my attorney.
I wasnt being afforded my rights , I could not prepare a defense , I was going nuts, and jail was getting rough and violent. I plead guilty under duress, with the knowledge that I could withdraw my plea. well its not been easybeentheredonethat Reviewed by beentheredonethat on . high from the Coachella Valley, Southern California, cultivator I wanted to say howdy and hello , I grow and am a qualified patient under SB420. but oh that didnt stop the cops from busting me for cultivation and child endangerment. oh the judicial system sucks, but come on 67 days in jail fighting my case without an attorney, I was forced to plead guilty, but I am trying to withdraw my plea.. long story hit me up if you want to chat, thanks beenthere Rating: 5

They did that knowing you'd crack. They were just stalling. It's usual. They had nothing on ya man. They got it out for the herbies. We can do something they can't. Hahahah. Let the police cry. The system's corrupt man. I'm sorry that had to happen to ya. You seem like a good guy.
