help plz

hi, ive just started growing my first batch of snow white seeds and i have 3 now about 1-2 inches tall after 4-5 days. there under a 400watt hps, temp at 78-85f, and humidity at 50, im having trouble getting it any higher. i have a few questions that im hoping youll all chip in with helpful comments, all help is welcome . these are my problems.

1. ive just bought superthrive, shud i use it straight away, and shud it be added at the strength the bottle says. ill find out exactly what it says i just cant remember atm.

2. ive also bought some formulex to soak my rockwool cubes in before using. what i need to know is do i dilute it with water or use straight?

3. ive read somewhere i shud wait until the first 2 leaves are fully grown before i add nutrients. can somebody be a little clearer for me plz as i dont want to mess it up. ive read so many guides and most of em say diff to the other, so id prefer to hear this from the horses mouth as they say.

4. ive bought a hygro-thermometre. it has a memory on it telling you max and min temps etc. do you put this inside the growroom with the sensor outside, or is it the other way around?.

5. i thought id try something diff by germinating this time so i went and bought some miracle grow with perlite and vermiculute. i soaked thru both soil and rockwool. (rockwool overnight in formulex diluted) and after soaking seeds in distilled water for 1 hour i planted them. will this work? im just hoping to get rid of the stress moving to the medium from the paper towel.

if anybody could help me out with any of these questions id realy appreciate it. plz dont post guides as ive already read em. i just want first hand help. thankyou, great forum btw
