But also remember it is now possible to assign some of your plants to an MMC & then grow the rest yourself. You no longer have to assign all 6 plants to an MMC.

If you have assigned a center and get caught growing, you can get in trouble because the center is assigned the plants.

If you have the means to grow your plants, that is the best and least expensive way to procure your meds. If you do want to grow your plants, then don't assign an MMC to do it. Pick one and go with it. Neither you nor the MMC want the grief if you get caught.
mustangwomyn Reviewed by mustangwomyn on . My MMC wont sell me clones My MMC that i signed my rights over to is telling me they cant sell me clones. "Once you sign them as a caregiver they are not allowed to sell you clones". You have to buy them from some other MMC. Ofcourse they didnt inform me of this before i signed my rights away. Even though I told them I was growing my own and would be buying clones. I chose them cause so few sell clones now in Colorado Springs and they were close to my house. Is this crap a real law or they just telling me this so I Rating: 5
