My MMC wont sell me clones
My MMC that i signed my rights over to is telling me they cant sell me clones. "Once you sign them as a caregiver they are not allowed to sell you clones". You have to buy them from some other MMC. Ofcourse they didnt inform me of this before i signed my rights away. Even though I told them I was growing my own and would be buying clones. I chose them cause so few sell clones now in Colorado Springs and they were close to my house.
Is this crap a real law or they just telling me this so I will buy more meds from them? Why is it so hard to find clones in Colorado Springs now. Almost every MMC used to sell them now I cant find any in my area except the one that i signed over to. I dont have a car so cant travel all around the city to check out every one. There has to be some one that sells them around citadel mall or its too far to travel.valstar Reviewed by valstar on . my center sells me clones. Reading up on the laws and amendments Ive only found that if a designated center grows 6 plants for you that you cant grow an additional 6 plants, but found nothing that states they cant sell you clones. Not that it isn't a rule, I just haven't found it. next time only give them 3 plants and you can grow 3 by law.
Disclaimer: Everything I post is for real, all pictures are from my basement. everything is legal. so suckit!

If you have the means to grow your plants, that is the best and least expensive way to procure your meds. If you do want to grow your plants, then don't assign an MMC to do it. Pick one and go with it. Neither you nor the MMC want the grief if you get caught.

But also remember it is now possible to assign some of your plants to an MMC & then grow the rest yourself. You no longer have to assign all 6 plants to an MMC.

My MMC wont sell me clones
Sorry for not responding so long but I wanted to get more info before responding. I signed over my caregiver rights with them knowing I was growing my own and wanted to share the plant count. The girl signing me up did not know , me either that you cannot do 3 and 3 any more. Its was discussed and they are releasing my from MMC agreement. They said the girl messed up and that they have taken precautions so this does not happen again.
If you sign over rights your MMC cannot legally sell you clones because you can no longer share plant count so you cannot grow legally in your home when you have a caregiver. This is straight from MMED.
These rules are changing so quickly that even MMCs are having trouble keeping up training their employees.

The CDPHE creates and modifies all of the application forms, which included the check boxes where one could check "Self", "Self and Caregiver", "Self and Medical Marijuana Center", etc. These checkboxes no longer appear on CDPHE forms.

Mine is set up under the self and MMC, though I have not grown due to housing issues. so In reality I could still follow that if I wanted.:smokin:
