Just a quick update: QF to the rescue again ! ! Passed passed passed. And I have to toot the QF horn b/c their customer service dept is amazing. They sent a slightly different product to me than what I had originally ordered b/c they were familiar with state procedures - and they didn't even charge me extra although the product was a bit pricier ! !
QF is the only way to go. But note to all: don't warm the product up in the microwave in the kitchen at work - like another (former) employee did. Not the smartest thing to do....
