Still a little immature to tell for sure. Have your nodes (Branches) started to alternate..? It takes anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks for sex to show. Just depends on the strain. A few more weeks and you should start to see little hairs peek out from the main stem where the branches start.

As for your light. STOP, NO, DON'T. That bulb you are using is going to cause heat issues and stress your plant. Its meant for reptiles,

You should highly consider going to a Home Improvement Store and purchasing a pack of 23w(100w equivalent) Daylight (6500k) CFL bulbs. Or 1 125w bulb (300w equivalent).

Heat is 1 of MMJ's worst enemies. Stop this guy from killing your lady..!

But all in all, She looks really healthy!
