I think you are panicing dude.
My leaves always curl under like that. Most likely a water too much issue. When in those small containers, they can dry out so fast, yet we are watering them to keep them moist.
DOn't fret. Yet.
All my plants start out with curling and I just learned to follow the rules. When they get out of those containers, they will be fine.
I dont like to use light colored containers in CFL grow, as I think light gets through the cup and into the roots, heating the soil.
CFL do produce some heat.
I cant tell if those are paper or plastic cups either.
I have attached a pic of all my little whores...as you can see they all look like yours do. Leaves curling under real bad....
As long as they stay green and the two seed halves stay green for awile, they are cool.
