Picture Issues..?

Is anyone else having issues with the website not loading the pictures, either in a new window or just normally? I have been having this issue for about a week now. I can only seem to open pics that have been uploaded from a different site. I have tried FireFox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer on 2 different computers and still nothing.

All system updates are current, as well as ADOBE.

Any reason as to why this may be happening.
