If I were you I would pick up some cheap test strips online. Start a workout regiment and stick too it. You can add some fiber to your diet by picking up some Metamucil, it will help you to excrete some excess THC through your colon. Along with all this, start testing yourself periodically. I would say... Every 3-4 days. When testing yourself be sure to use the first void of the day, when your THC concentrations are at their peak.

I'm not sure about the Vegetarian diet, but I can't imagine it making any difference. The physical activity will contribute the most aid in helping to burn THC from your fat cells.
