First Grow- Some random seeds . . . .

Ok let me say that first off, the forum has been a big help to this grow, I really appreciate all the advice and all your nice things and incredible thoughts!! Shout out to Jina. Truly a plant saver!!!
Well I sarted the grow on the 30th of March 2012. This includes the germination (the seeds took about 3 days to germinate). By April 2nd my plant had sprung. I'm only doing one. Then once its started outside I'll include my second and third and all the way up to my seventh. Anyways from April second the plant had sprouted. I moved it into my windowsill and I waited, watered, and considered singing to it. (Btw this seed is in Miracle Gro) and it is planned on being grown 100% naturally. But by the next day the plant was about 1 1/2 inches tall. Shown in my pictures of course (:. I took my plant on April 4th and started putting it in the window during the day but moved it under a 40 watt desk lamp during the night. This gave me great results. After the first night it had grown 1 whole inch!!:thumbsup: By the next day I was told by a friend on the forum here, ThePinkJina, that I should consider putting the plant beside a small fan. So I did, I put it behind a fan on my computer and let it sit behind during the lighting period. Not a lot of noticable results have come along, beside the plant starting to slightly bend. Now we are at my current time were its about 4 inches tall and looking dark green and super healthy! The only thing I'm not sure about is the strain! I need to know this badly to decide the area for my growing area outside. I'm also currently balls deep in "The Grow Bible". SO I'm truly learning a lot right now!! The forum has been my biggest help and I figured I'd pay back by showing a detailed grow "Catalog" if you will, haha.

Week 2!
It's the start of week 2, and this baby is a beaut!! She (hopefully) is tall and slowly starting to bush out. I have moved to a 18/6 lighting schedule. Planning on starting a few more. Time for a new pot? Not sure!!

P.s. Thinking about adding a blacklight. Also is its April, still frosting, what month to move outside, I'm thinking mid May. Unknown though because by then she could be way too big... So...
I may be topping this thing and letting it bud indoors. It's only 1 plant anyways.

hey your plants lookin pritty good. im nearly on week 3 of mine and mine is much smaller than yours, but has 4 nodes and starting its 5th. i got a thread on it over at indoor growing. named under First ever grow. check it out

Will do man! Well the only reason mine is so big is because it's reaching for that damn light. lOl.

yeah mine was like that starting off aswell. was just using the sun for the first week then stuck a few household energy saving bulbs in a box and its doing pritty good. will be upgradin to a 125w cfl light next week. cant wait to see the difference it makes.

Help me out here man. What exactly is a CFL? does it need a seperate ballast, if not I'll buy some and start it indoors considering this is just 1

the cfl is a compact flourescent light. they dont give off much heat at all thats why their good for keepin close to your plant so they dont stretch, their self ballasted. pritty cheap aswell. lots of people hate on cfls but if your in it for personal smoke and nots too fussed on the amount u get then id go with them. their much easier to work with.

If you were to get the cfls make sure you get the blue spectrum (6500k) for the veg stage and the red spectrum (2700k) for flowering. the more the better! the plants i have now are basically a starter for me, goin to try my best with these see how they get along. their all bag seed. have one choco chunk. the oldest one, a chronic wich is nearly 2 weeks old, and a pineapple chunk which is a few days old. have plenty more bagseeds aswell so hopefully a few turn to be female. but when i do get going im hopin to harvest a autoflower atleast every 4 weeks. Il be F*****G Landed!

Well since they are self ballasted does that mean they can be plugged directly into the wall. Thanks for putting up for my ignorance lighting is my weak spot! Lol. I'm builiding an indoor grow box. So cfls will prolly be the ch
