Id love some help with choosing the right bulb

Hi there =) k thing is that im planning to get a wee cabinet grow going and today at work i went throw the cfl bulbs and i choosed the right ones with the right spectrum tho i can get them in different shapes and i was wondering that what would be the best ones to use.or is there any difference at all.?they are all between 20-23w.

Great question, Id say it depends on how YOU feel. I personally would use the Center pic. The glass shapes on the bulbs have specific names, the center pic is considered "U", I believe that one is a 3U. The 3rd pic is considered "Spiral" and the 1st is new to me. I like the U style because the seem to have a longer life span. I think it has to do with the way the glass is shaped. I always see the 8U 150w Grow CFL's in the Grow Stores. Id stick with whats know to be excellent.

thnx for the replay.tho i spent some more time in internet doing some research bout the bulbs and i decided to go with spiral ones and ill be using the middle bulbs if leaves are strecting upwards later in a grow..then i have enaugh space under the plant to stick few u-shape bulbs there ,give the plant some more light and bull them back slightly..plant supposta grow wider like that and not gaining much height.i went throw few grow logs using that method and it seems da work well =)
